I began the Nutri-System diet this month with my first monthly shipment. Today I receive an email saying they can't ship the second month - not enough supply. The initial month cost should be refunded to every customer who purchased auto delivery - these customers clearly thought they were purchasing a full diet program, not just clearing the warehouse and then being dumped. This is unacceptable. There isn't even a way of posting this problem under the item itself. Pretty self-serving and unprofessional, QVC.
