Shoe sizes

Help designers! Not all women with small shoes sizes under U.S. size 6 are a medium width. I wear a size 4 1/2 extra wide and cannot find fashion shoes or boots.  Please someone design a shoe in smaller wider sizes.

Try Zappos as well as Amazon.  You shouldn't have any trouble.
