I just want one shipping charge per order. This individual charge for each item is silly , especially if one orders the same item in different colors. I usually wait for free shipping days but thise are few and far between.

I really wish somone could explain to me why the shipping takes so long!  I order from other vendors and nothing and I mean nothing takes as long as QVC.  One more thing a couple of Sundays ago Dan Huges was showing face coverings.  He made a comment that masks should be worn all the time.  Please Dan if you want to wear a mask all the time do so but just sell the product and keep your opinion to yourself.

QVC can absolutely improve their processing and shipping.  It's their software (how it is installed and used), their IT department, warehouse(s), CIO and then CEO.  My husband has worked in IT for over 35 years with all that experience of taking orders, running warehouses, buying/installing and use of software and running the IT department.  Every place he worked was known for their fast and efficient shipping.  To say that QVC isn't aware is silly.  There is no way they cannot know.  Either they have tried other methods, don't have the right people for the job, or looking the other way.

I have found the vendors I have ordered from ship very fast! QVC owns the Denim & Co.brand I believe & they are taking the longest!

I placed six orders for Linea items on the 15th & 16th & four shipped today! Denim & co & Susan Graver all still processing. There is no way to explain it. I think my items from vendors ship faster. I do not know if it's true but someone said SG is owned by QVC.

Anyone who is serious on buying and continuting to buy, I suggest this and I use it ALWAYS myself.  On the check out page they always default shipping to the 3.50 method.  That has very low priority so just like so many, you'll have to baby sit your orders.  There's a red drop down arrow by shiipping click it and I choose the SECOND method.  This is a few more dollars, yes, but it's UPS all the way and in a couple of days I get my orders.  NO POST OFFICE INVOLVED.  I don't have to keep baby sitting and checking.

Great explanations or excuses but why doesn't any other retailer have this issue? Waiting over 2 weeks for an item or items to be delivered that we pay for is a bit prehistoric..! I am tired of it myself and seriously reconsidering . Unless on free ship days . Frustrating. You can't count on bill to ship to dates arriving on time .

I ordered a pair of mens jeans on July 1st and it still shows preparing order.  How freaking long does it take to send out a pair of pants?  Shipping is a freakin nightmare with Q.  I order from HSN, Shop HQ, Amazon, and Walmart and receive items in a timely manner.  I'm over the pandemic excuse!  I just don't think the right arm knows what the left arm does.  Holiday shipping is going to be a disaster if they don't do something.

My purchase from Q have slowed over the years....however, I have ordered 3 items recently.

One was the wine cocktail TSV from June 23!. It was allegedly shipped on 6.30 (one week after purchase!) but the tracking information is BLANK. Finally called customer service yesterday and they credited my first easy pay installment, and asked me to call them if the item arrived. How ridiculous.

The second item, a bracelet, ordered in June, shipped 7.2, same thing tracking information is blank.

Last item, philosophy was ordered and shipped within a few days and arrived yesterday.

The bracelet I paid $5.50 to ship! I'm done ordering from Q.

I do understand supply chain.  I do understand that the last year has been tough.  I have worked in SC for 27 years.  Sorry but QVC is doing a terrible job shipping items. Items should not travle the whole United States before reaching the customer.

Agreed! For the size company they are, they are doing horribly, compared to EVERYone else online. Everyone else I've ordered with, it ships out immediately.

QVC...items are "In Process", where of course you can't change or cancel (because they're taking too long) for days and days and sometimes weeks! Unacceptable!

That gravy train (which I realize has been necessary, don't get me wrong...I lost my job too; not currently collecting anymore though)...but that's all ending...then everyone will be scrambling to get a job. Hopefully the tide will turn. Everywhere you go now, the service is suffering because they are working with limited staff.

I've yet to receive my 3rd stimulus. Good thing I didn't need it to eat! Jeez. I've had to put a "tracer" on it...which "takes 6 weeks before they even get to it" supposedly. 🙄
