I just returned a recent TSV (terrible fit from a brand I buy regularly) and was charged shipping costs both ways.  I thought original shipping was refunded but that was not the case here.  I called customer service this morning and the woman said she would pass the suggestion along.

@Wobin QVC stopped refunding original shipping costs at least 3 years ago. Unless the item is defective (or Q's mistake) or you are doing an exchange you do not get shipping charges refunded.

QVC thinks we're stupid or can't do arithmatic.

They sell two item; one is full priced and the other is $3 off.

Then they tack on $3.00 for shipping.

What does that save you? I ask this because for a while QVC wasn't charging any amount at all for shipping. Now they're back at it again.

@FuzzyFaceUnless something was free shipping QVC always charged shipping. Also using your example above with the buy more save, you have to pay shipping on each item regardless if you buy 1 of an item or 5 of them.

QVC WAS shipping at no cost recently. If I'd known it was going to turn into a "discussion", I'd have noted down the times and dates.

Like I said, QVC has no respect for its customers' intelligence or at least theie ability to do basic arithmatic. I generally don't mind too much because I don't purchase a lot and $3 isn't going to make or break me; but I don't like  the feeling that QVC is trying to pull a fast one on me.

Then it must have been a free shipping promotion as QVc has always charged shipping.

@FuzzyFace &  @DJs mom - QVC, on rare occasion, offers a day of free shipping on everything.  The free shipping days are random and are not promoted in advance.  Seems like there were 4-5 free shipping days scattered over the past year.

@DeniseColo yes I know this. That is why I said unless it was a promotion. QVC has always charged shipping.
