I ordered the Hunter McGrady TSV on August 31th. It is September 18th and it is STILL in process! When I check my order status, it states that it wil lbe delivered on or about September 10th, over a week ago. That didnt happen. I emailed customer service and was the told that it would be delievered by yesterday. HA! It is still sitting "in process" which prevents me from even cancelling it.
When I sent a follow-up email expressing my disappointment, I got a terse response, telling me that their main concern was keeping their employees safe. WHAT? I do not understand how keeping their employees safe (which is a noble goal) has to do with an order sitting "in process" for nearly three weeks now.
Is the item back-ordered? Out of stock? Why can't they be honest and up-front? You would think that with a TSV they would be better prepared for the possible demand. I used to be able to order things on Saturday and sometimes receive them on Tuesday. Those days are LONG gone.
I don't have this kind of delay from any other companies that I shop online with. I think my QVC customer days are numbered.
Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks!
