Maybe the Q needs to raise the hourly rate a little. Q, you need to get and keep shipping employees. It seems to be a weak area for you and shipping is so important. I know, personally, I get tired of wating for my package to arrive. Also, a strong shipping manager to manage the shipping dept.

@Katcat1 Well, I guess you've straightened out the HR department of a major corporation. Too bad only us customers will see it. Perhaps you should share your thoughts here:

I don't believe a wage increase should or make them work faster and I doubt the Qs expediting department isn't sitting on the phones waiting for their merchandise to get to the warehouse.
It's China, it's the ships (only send full containers), it's the inspection at the docks, it's finding trucks and drivers to transport the merchandise. The entire supply chain has been disrupted and to make it whole again is stressing a lot of people out.

@Kachina624 @Katcat1 I have but it's obvious it didn't help. With customers still buying and accepting poor processing and unable to cancel why would he care?

@MistreatedbycsSome of it is and some of it isn't. We can all agree that many online retailers get their merchandise from China, right? Other retailers are not having these issues. We must categorize QVC with the rest of online retailers.
Could be they cut staff. That is much more likely the case than "China and ships."

If a business values employees, they pay decent wages and respect them. Money and respect motivate people in all areas of business including shipping and trucking. And things are just getting back to semi-normal since covid in the U.S.
On the flip side, shipping and returns have been problems at Q for many years. It's been a lot worse since they started relying on vendors to ship products. If other retailers can do things much faster, Q should be able to as well.

QVC is holding a virtual hiring event June 22 and June 23 for positions in the Bethlehem fulfillment center.
Full Time and Part Time Available.
$17-$18.30 per hour with a 70 cent shift differential.
Quarterly rate increases.

Oh I agree with you, cutting staff could be a variable in the equation too but I don't believe a wage increase should make people work faster.or smarter.
I used China only because it's the US's biggest importer of goods, yes, there are other countries that we do import goods from but I believe we can agree that the entire supply chain has been turned up side down and it will takes months if not years to get straightened out.

so @Katcat1 are You ready to absorb these raises? You don't think companies are going to eat the loss, do you?
It IS passed onto the consumer, Always. Want to pay more for your items to give these raises?
As long as there is an extra hand out, NO one is applying. Signs to hire at every business around here. There is a worker SHORTAGE.
We ALL know QVC has always been slower to ship and even slower to return.
Why would you order from this company if you are tired of waiting for a pkg?
And NO, it is not just QVC. I have had items delayed from Target, Wally, Amz and Ulta. Ulta took 2 wks for 2 lip liners!
Right now, I am going through a problem with shoesdotcom. Charged me immediately BEfore they even shipped! Sent one wrong size, other never shipped.
NO C/S phone calls accepted. You MUST email only. Then you get an auto response that tells you to go to the website to get answers or they will respond in 3-5 days!
Claim you can make free even exchanges and now they won't. Have to pay again, full price and email them the new order number or you will be charged a restocking fee. (BTW-no one else carried what my son wanted)
One full month later, I have been charged for 2 shoes, received 0 and can't talk to anyone. Numerous emails never answered except for auto reply.
I have a claim in w/ Discover.
I am sure they can't take my calls or respond via email promptly because they can't get any help!
