The shipping costs have made me be more careful about purchasing with a plan for returning.  I return very little because I stick with brands where I am familar with sizing such as Linea or GILI.

Shipping charges have been an issue with QVC for years. Most other online stores have free shipping or at least free or reduced shipping for most things.. This is one area where Q has never seemed to care about being competitive.

If you are having merchandise packed and shipped to you, trying it out, and shipping it back, then why should you not, at moinimum, pay for the shipping?  Why should other shoppers be forced to underwrite these costs while you make up your mind?

This is not an issue about QVC being fair to its customers.  This is an issue about some shoppers feeling entitled to getting merchandise on approvall subsidized by everyone else.  How fair is that?

Really? Please. IF QVC actually followed their sizing charts for clothing AND shoes AND every item was cut to fit IDENTICALLY, then no one would have to return items that are:

1) too small

2) too big

3) too short

4) too long

5) obviously defective in the construction.

To add insult to injury, when you've been ordering this item for years and order in multiple ONLY to find that now, NONE of them are the same!

Yeah, expecting quality control from QVC means you're "entitled". Ok; whatever.
