An item I ordered was due to arrive on Dec. 15. When I checked the tracking status, it said that it has been in Orlando since Dec. 13th. It hasn't moved since the 13th. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I am very frustrated about the length of time and lack of tracking information on QVC.

@Carol08 I think the shipping has really gone downhill since QVC changed the ship options. I hate it when my order is sent USPS and their tracking is a joke. I have a package that departed a city only a few hours from me on 12-10 and there is no further updates. I'd like to have a choice as to how my orders are shipped like we did before the change. Hope your package arrives in time for Christmas. It is very frustrating. I'm ordering less and less these days.

They are on there right now saying that gifts ordered today will get there by Christmas, yeah right! I can't believe they are saying that--it has been on the news that UPS and USPS is super behind and is not able to keep up with the load of packages this year.
I sure hope you guys get yours. I always thought if you ordered by 12/11 (2 weeks), you would be safe to get it for Christmas but you can't even count on that anymore!

I had to contact customer service who corrected my tracking number, which I noticed was two digits longer. The emails leave off the first two numbers being 92. If you type that in front of the supplied number at usps.com you can get it tracked correctly. QVC should fix this as it's not convenient, hence their name.

The chances are excellent your package is moving along but tracking isn't being updated. People put entirely too much faith in tracking. They're over - whelmed right now. I'd much rather they moved my package along than track it.

This years shipping from QVC is terrible. I ordered something on Dec. 5 and just received it this morning! It took 13 days!! I have ordered a number of items from other very well known companies like Amazon, Nordstoms, Ulta, L'Occitane, Sephora and Chaz Deans website and received all items 3-5 days from the day I placed the order online! This will remind me not to order from QVC, especially around the Holidays!

I ordered a product on Wed the 9th, It shipped on the Sat the 12th from 70 miles away, about a 1 1/2 hour drive away!!!! I needed this product by Friday and today is Sat the 19th and it won't arrive to my house until Monday 21st...I knew Surepost was gonna be a problem so I ordered the same product from Amazon on Wed and had the shipment by Friaday afternoon! TWO days with PRIME! So now my QVC order will be returned and Amazon wins again! More and more I find myself ordering from Amazon over QVC AND sometimes the prices are lower or a couple dollars more..So worth it! Amazon uses the postal service sometimes and they still get here in 2 days! Everyone complains and no one at QVC listens!

not sure who is delivering in our area, but, my Q shipping notice said "good news your order shipped" 2 days later it was here.
Now, I ordered something I believe week (12/15) and when my email came it was being shipped from Raleigh, NC warehouse by UPS -- bad news...that's not here! (It's not a gift). Just checked it's at my area UPS.
On the other hand, KUDOs to the postal service I've mailed 8 boxes 2 day delivery and every one of them where deliveried on the 2nd day (Tampa to Philadelphia, NJ, CA and AZ).
I did all my postage etc. for these boxes online using the USPS site. My mail carrier picked them up right from my porch same day!
