Shipping Options

Please give us shipping options. Like UPS or the post office. I will always choose UPS.

 

In the last 3 days I've had 2 packages "delivered" by the post office. Except they weren't delivered to my house. One was from QVC and one wwas from Amazon. I'm tired of dealing with this. If I can't get it delivered via UPS then I won't be shopping anymore. I can't be spending all this time on the phone and on the computer filing claims because the post office can't find my house (which I've lived in since April of 1977). The address has been the same since the village was incorporated in 1958 so I don't know what the issue is.

 

Please give us options. I would gladly pay amore for UPS and know it will get here than have it go to goodness knows where and now I am filing claims.

I completely agree.  I wish they would totally get rid of Mail Innovations and the other one that passes packages off to the US mail service when they arrive in the destination town.  That adds over a week to my delivery time.  HATE IT!!!  UPS all the way, please!!

I order from lots of places that start out being shipped UPS but end up being delivered by the post office.
