I see. Too bad they're not doing well. Honestly though, I agree with Cardamom. I ordered something called Nick Chavez Traditions Yucca Root shampoo and conditioner. The reason I ordered it is because I watched Nick Chavez on QVC Italy. Nick was able to explain things in detail because the host wasn't talking over him or going on and on about her personal life. Because Nick was able to talk about the product in such depth, I bought it. Less talking about the hosts personal lives, more talking about the product will probably equal more sales.

I've only been a QVC member for approximaly 3 months & during that time, I've noticed that FREE S&H has been offered from time to time. Sometimes S&H has been reduced on some items for a limited time only.

Did I miss something or isn't this forum called "Suggestion Box"? Yes, I see now that it is. So then what is so wrong with the OP suggesting... that QVC think about suggestions... related to shipping costs? Nothing that I can see.
