That's why they typically *show* an item in a lighter color.

They want to look as thin as possible even if they wear small sizes.

A few days ago Graver and Jen were both wearing all black. They served no purpose. And yet Susan will scream, "Get the colors!".

Whenever I see a host wearing a black top or pants, I immediately think there is something wrong with the item. Black is the best color for hiding imperfections in a garment, like crooked seams or a baggy seat. Or, they think the colors chosen for the garment are garish. Overall, a host wearing black is a warning sign.
