Sending complaints

I am urging anyone with complaints posting here...PLEASE send complaints to CS. There is a place on the bottom of this pg for CS. If we only post them here no one is going to see them except all of us on these boards. If they keep receiving notices of unsatisfactory services,maybe TPTB will eventually see them. PLEASE people, FLLOD CS with some complaints!!!
