Ditch QVC2 and HSN.  Fire 1/3 hosts.  Remove double and triple hosts during shows...one host is enough.  Don't care if they are a Q host or a vendor host.  Stop repeat items show after show.  Only have the TSV on multiple times.  TSV should always be free shipping.  Have free shipping to customers who want a membership fee.  Remove on waitlist items online.  Reduce the number of tee shirt/crop pant items....too many and too many look alikes.  Speed up presentations and increase items per show.

I agree with a few things. only 1 host per show and make the hosts learn the product and then there is no need for the "Brand Ambassadors".  This would also cut a lot of the nonsense that is going on.  I also think, shorter presentations which will allow for more products to be shown. We don't need 30-45 minutes on a vacuum cleaner.  You plug it in, it sucks stuff up, this is how you empty it, done!  What about the countless items they have in their inventory that never make it on air.  

These days I have come to appreciate HSN a lot but I still like the Q, just feel like things need to be tweeked.  I am no business major, this is just my opinion.

I'm definitely with YOU! 

I regularly shop with HSN because I like their hosts better and the items they sell are more compatible with my needs. 

Also, their returns are much easier to handle.

Maybe ditch the hosts and keep the brand reps!

I like QVC2 and I like the option.  Often when what's on QVC doesn't interest me I watch 2.  I rarely watch HSN - I buy online occasionally.
