Sad QVC customers

Bought an item while QVC said it would be delivered by Christmas without extra S&H. Guess what? Today is Christmas Eve, nearly 9:30 p.m. and the gift didn't come. And I live on the East Coast -- not millions of miles from QVC. Very disappointed.
