Just what is needed more control.  Why is it necessary for you to control how much people say?  

If its annoying to you skip the posts and dont read them.

I am a super-fast typist, so I sometimes write more than I intended....I try and go back and edit and delete half of it and usually do. My vision isn't what it used to be, so I started using font size 4 but that was complained about. Said it was shouting....ridiculous. I try and use 3 now and it is easier on the eyes, hopefully for everyone. Anyone posting in default size 1 I just have to skip.
