QVC.....I just ordered from yesterday's show 3 Laura Geller marble lipsticks - NOTHING was said about advance order! You also did this a couple of weeks ago with Nick Chavez produc ts! Maybe if you watch the shows they might have said something but if you didn't and just ordered online - there is NOTHING said about advance orders. This is deception to your customers.....at least you could give free shipping if the customer has to wait even longer than the customary 10 plus shipping days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just went and pretended to order these lipsticks. When they were placed in the cart, a note stating I would receive them by 2/26/20 was shown and Advanced Order is clearly shown.
What's sneaky about that?

Actually i did here shawn say they would not ship till Feb 20 something , and i did not even watch the full presentation.

In the past, products with an 'advance' delivery date clearly stated that on the product info page, which is where it SHOULD be, IMO.
Not when you put it in your cart, which is easily missed.

Nah, I would say someone was not being attentive when they ordered. I always check the delivery date before I order.
Now if the information posted was not correct or missing, that would be a problem. Everything looks to be in order here.
