Reward points would be wonderful.

Would love to see QVC reward their customer with some type of reward program.  So many companies offer reward points to use when a certain amount is accumulated.  Also, many companies offer free shipping when a certain amount is spent.

@Southern Classy  I've posted before too about the lack of "rewards" for loyal customers.  I get 20% coupons every now & then from HSN.  Nothing ever here.   How about a 20% off birthday coupon for the customer too?  I don't think it would hurt their bottom line at all.
