Why can't you fix the problem with printing a return label? I suggest you upgrade your technology department with all the problems you have been experiencing lately.

Had the same problem yesterday printing a return label. Called customer service and they emailed me one right away. Of course, it would be ideal if they would include an invoice with a return label attached in the box when it is shipped, but .....

I had this problem last week, except Customer Service never emailed me the return label as they promised. I found a label from another item that was sent from the same QVC warehouse. BTW, it cost $1 more to send the return from the Post Office than it would have using a label that should have been included with the item.

The few returns I thought I would save paying myself...nope!
Just like you said, I paid more than the label!!! Shocking, cuZ one item was a tiny brallette
If you are trying to print your own label, so NOT fill out the info.
Just keep hitting continue til u get to the Print Label bar. That had worked for me.

The problem is that QVC has decided NOT to send a return label in the package. You have to either print it yourself or if you do not have the capability to print, you have to request that one be mailed via snail mail to you! That is not conjecture but rather from the mouth of a Customer Service Rep.
