Why is it that when a product is sent via UPS, the return (using your label) is sent USPS?  It should be returned via the method originally used, especially since the order I received was incorrect and no fault of my own.  We all know that USPS takes longer.

I return everything at my own cost - never use the label.  If I use the prepaid label, it sits in my post office for about 10 days.  When I pay for it myself, it's back to QVC in 2-3 days, and the return and refund is completed in about a week.

 

And it only costs about 50 cents more.

Thanks for the info BonAtTheBeach.  Do they refund your return shipping costs?  I am returning an item because of their mistake.

If it it their mistake, I would use the label they provide to send it back.  Be sure to point out the mistake on the return information sheet.  You should be fully refunded.

Yes they do.  Just make sure you note it on the return form.  Heart

I have noticed if I ask for a receipt at the post office when using the Qs label it gets scanned and shipped right away. If I just drop it off without asking for a receipt it just sits there for a week or more

I love to try certain things that are on the air but with the horrendist amount to return I can't justifty it.....There is no reason Q V C should be in the postal business....We can return the item an pay for the returns at our end....If the item is deffective then they can credit us the return postage at the time they take the return back.....

Why hasn't someone figured this out??????

I had to stop buying from Q V C quite a long time ago because of this and now it is even worse....SAD...
