@luvsshopping - The answer is "No, you shouldn't be" per the return policy, but based on my experience, the reality is "Yes, you likely will be." However, if you are charged twice, just send an email to qvcsocialteam@qvc.com with your order/return details and one of the very helpful team members can refund the extra charge. Good luck!
