I have never had a problem. I use chat or qvceasyreturns and get my credit before they even get my return back.

You don't have to wait. Next time, return it and go home and email qvceasyreturns, or use Chat and they will process your return right away!

Awww...a little sensitive this morning? I must have stuck a nerve. I apologize. 

I didn't say anything about liking or not liking your constant & obvious comments regarding prices. What's not to like?

PS You might want to take your own advice about not reading comments but, personally, I come here to read. Imagine!

I order quite a bit.  I get a box of returns to go to UPS.  They get it there the next day.  I'm still suppose to wait 12-14 days to get my return.  So you're billed when it ships and still 2 more weeks to be refunded.  That's a long time to have your money tied up  esp if it's several items.

I always call for my refunds.  Sent things back using their label through the post office.  After 2 weeks not refunded( was on vacation for 2 weeks) so I called and representative said they just got it.  Really??   I've shopped QVC for over 30 years and some things aren't better!
