Had several items to return after Christmas and had purchased a Nick Chavez $40ish shampoo and conditioner several months previously, had lost the return label, wasn't particularly thrilled with said product. The item was rather pricey, wasn't using because didn't like it, had forgotten about it and moved on to another shampoo and conditioner, so called CS, explained, they sent me a new label and told me to return it....I'm not QVCalot for nothing!!! Thought this was great customer service!
