Why can't QVC show a breakdown of the refund when an item is returned.  I would like to see what I am actually being charged for on the returns.    My last order returned it shows I got $1.76 refund.    It would be nice to see the charges.        Just saying !

We all know what the charges are when we return an item, the initial shipping charge plus the cost of the return label, if we use it.

Your last return may have been that small because your item was on ezpay, so once the original shipping and return label fee is deducted from that first ezpay installment, it doesn't leave much.

No, I agree with the author of this post.  Sometimes I return it by qvc shipping prepaid, other times I ship it back U.S. priority if it fits in the return envelope, it is cheaper and gets to qvc returns much much faster than qvc shipping thus you get your return/credit back. the problem is, when you ship it back defective they sometimes, I should say more than half the times in my case, do not credit the return shipping, even though, I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THE DAY I AM SHIPPING BACK AND REQUEST, AND THEY DO, PUT IT ON THE COMPUTER TO RETURN SHIPPING, ONE STILL HAS TO CHECK BECAUSE 1 OUT OF 2 TIMES THE RETURN DEPARTMENT JUST DOES IT WRONG AND THEY DON'T CARE. RECENTLY I CALLED 4 TIMES BEFORE THE PACKAGE, DEFECTIVE MDSE, I RETURNED, AND STILL THE RETURNS DEPT DID IT INCORECTLY. ONE SHOULD DEFINITELY CEHCK AND I AGREE QVC SHOULD POST THE RETURN'S ON THE WEB, MANY TIMES EVEN, THEY DON'T RETURN THE 2ND EZ PAY WHEN IT IS CLOSE.  QVC RETURNS NEEDS ALOT OF WORK,

I assume they could tell us with some computer programming.

Yes, it's a pain to figure this out, but I would do it if I made a return.  No matter what I'm doing with my money, I assume no one cares as much as I do.

How do you return priority shipping with your own label.  Previously QVC provided a label for this.  What address do you use to return.

@tobes

I never use Q's prepaid label, I always make my own label and return it via USPS Priority mail (at my own expense) to the address listed on the back of the invoice for the item, since some items ship from different warehouses.

 @tobes, the address to return to is on the packing slip under the "return your way" section of the Returns Instructions. You put that address on your own label, put the label on the package, and take it to the shipper of your choice. Add insurance if necessary

Thanks - I have reduced my shopping on QVC expecially for clothes as the sizing is not as consistent as it was in the past.  So I did not notice this when I recently returned a clothing article -- my last clothing purchase for the spring/summer season.

Thank you - my shopping profile at QVC has been reduced over the years.
