Repeated problem with item number A336667

This is the Bobbi Brown Face Touchup Pallatte with dual ended brush. Love this item, as it the only one that includes both her corrector and concealer in the same compact. I don't even use the foundation but it's still worth it.

HOWEVER, the last two times I ordered this, the brush was missing. The first time, I took it out of its packaging and put it in my drawer until my current one ran out. A few days later I realized I didn't have the brush that was supposed to come with it. I thought it was possible that I had accidentally thrown away the envelope with the little brush still in it. I didn't think that was the case, I would have seen it. But since I couldn't be sure and I already had the brush from my first purchase of the item I let it go.

Today I opened my most recent purchase of this item, no brush. I called customer service and they were as pleasant as can be and credited my account $10 for the missing brush. But I was looking forward to getting a replacement brush, and I can't buy another one elsewhere for only $10.

To the powers that oversee packing and shipping, please look into this.

It's unfortunate that many customers receive and item and decide to return it and often (either deliberately or by accident) pieces of the sale are kept and the item is turned around as new without them. One of the biggest culprit in my world has been the dust bags to the handbags.....
