Rep with Gray Roots for First Aid Beauty Detox Eye Roller Duo

Q please do not try to sell me a beauty product when the rep selling it can't even get rid of her gray roots before she comes on the air. Doesn't anyone at the Q lookat these presenters before they come on the air. Doesn't the Q have some kind of standards they follow to make sure presenters are presentable? Especially if they are trying to show a beauty product. Staying beautiful is work, its keeping up with things so that you look the best possible. It is having pride in the way you look! I am looking at this lady speaking about beauty and all I see is her big gray roots staring me in the face. No it is not salt and pepper hair they are ROOTS! This is not the first time I see something like this on Q. And today I just had to stop and comment on it.
