Lots of good buys in 49 hour sale.  But suggestions:  1) Please leave the sale prices on for a period of time afterward, instead of raising the prices overnight so it is out of reach for some customers.  Especially for larger purchasers - some people need some time to discuss a larger purchase with their family before purchasing. Example:  Vitamix Blender.  Went up about $150 overnight but there were obviously a lot of blenders left.  2) Then on the other hand, there were many items that sold out during the sale.  Then were not available the very next day, although the presentations kept being repeated!  Thanks for listening.

The Vitamix was the TSV, so always only 24 hours.

@msladydi.  Your suggestion defeats the purpose of having a one-day TSV be "special".

As stated, the TSV is a Today's Special Value--for one day only.

There are numerous other sales that are extended for several days--or until sellout--like Big Deals, Beauty IQ Steals, etc.  

Just check under the Menu for Today's Special Value & Deals or on the main homepage.

@Kachina624    I'm laughing here.  I don't know when, but some time back there were requests here on the Forums for QVC to revert to this TSV pattern.    Apparently, sometimes they  do listen!

  I saw alot of  items that were old TSV's  or some items that had bad reviews  or some that were still expensive because of inflated  presale prices.

Plenty of TSVs are still available next day.

Only the price and size/color availability have changed.

If it's a really old TSV that is being clearanced,  the price is usually lower.  This happened last weekend with old TSVs from Scott Brothers and VPH.

They can't seem to sell-out that VPH glitter tree with scenes. It was a TSV last year, came back in CIJ this year at a clearance sale price and still hasn't sold out. QVC should just give it away with any VPH purchase. Make is a gift with purhcase.

@msladydi The TSV will often still be at a "sale" price the next day--lower than regular price, but higher than the TSV price. TSV means TODAY'S Special Value--24 hours only.

We did use to get more info on TSV's before they happened, and could even sometimes buy at the TSV price for a few days before the airing...but QVC changed that not too long ago.
