Received an HSN package today.

I received an HSN package today, and it was so different from the Q's package. First, it was well packaged neatly and arrived that way. HSN had emailed me a 20% off coupon, and it had a $3.95 S&H fee. The package arrived with a four day delivery. Additionally they had added in a friendly generous manner THREE free samples plus brochures of upcoming events and sales. To me, this was so much nicer than the packages I've received from the Q. I think with the slow delivery and high S&H, the Q needs to extend themselves a little. Show some generosity and friendliness in your interactions with customers. Others can do it; you can, too!
