Rachel and her Slang on Today's Morning Show

Am I the only put off by Rachel's too laid back attitude? What does she mean by "She and Pat are on the hang"? Really? If I were in a store and the associate told me she was on the hang I would walk right out. My 15 year old daughter speaks like this. I love for the hosts to have fun, but she just comes off as self absorbed and immature.
