QVC is going to lose business if they can't get it together.  I returned about 10 things on June 30 and still do not see any credits.  If we are good enough to order from you then shouldn't it be very iportant to you to process returns as soon as you get them?  I get an email that says its on its way back, then one that says you received it, then after two weeks still not credited.  I did call to get a rep to process the return - she was older I could tell by her voice and she told me she was only allowed to do two!!  THAT'S NOT TRUE because before I have had reps return as may as 15 in a call.  She was very frustrating so I just hung up.

GET IT TOGETHER!!!

If I am reading this correctly, you note you just returned 10 items and that previously, you had returned and were credited for 15 items.

No judgement but just a thought. Perhaps you might consider ordering a bit less so that the number of items you need to return (and accompanying aggravation over the return process) might help a bit.

100% agree.  I would hate to keep track of that many returns and packages.  Also, they do still send out "the letter" so I'm always aware of how much I'm returning.

In all my years I've returned two items. One was last month because it was defective.

We sure all do have different shopping habits.

On June 20 I returned a pair of shoes.  (I ordered my usual size and they were huge!!).  They arrived at QVC returns in South Carolina on July 5.  As of today I still didn't get my money returned and in fact was charged a 2nd easy pay.  So I contacted CS and was issued a return "manually".   No wonder QVC sales are down.  Too much "work" on my part to follow up everyday on status of my return.

Holy ******! 25 returned items in what sounds like a relatively short period of time? I don't think I've returned that much stuff in 25 years! My advice to you is to be more conscious of what you're ordering. The return fees alone are astronomical. Keep that in mind you place an order. Or maybe that doesn't bother you. It would bother me.

@MidMoChick I have returned a lot and usually send several items back at once....I also buy a lot which I keep as well.

That said, I email QvcEasyReturns@QVC.com and let them know with the order & item numbers what I am returning.  I always hear back within a few days and they credit me for the returns.  I make sure to ship it back the day I send them the email.

Well, technically it is the point because you're returning a lot of items at one time and how you do it will affect the timeline.

Are you returning multiples in one package?  That always slows the process.

Are you using the easy return option?  Are you sending things to the correct return location?

Are you packing each individually and paying the label return fee for each?  That would probably be the fastest option, but it still takes time to process.
