Is it just me??????????????????????????????????????

I can't stand the return policy of gift items!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you receive a gift from someone than why should they be credited for your return?

There needs to be a way that the return goes to your account for a future purchase. I totally understand that you are unable to get a cash refund or a credit card refund for an item that you didn't purchase but you should be able to get a full member credit for a return.

Even if an item is on easy pay..the purchaser meant for this to be a gift...so a full refund about should be given to the receiver's member account. AND IT SHOULD BE ANONOMOUS so that you don't hurt someone's feelings for returning a gift item.

There has been so many times where I have received a gift item and have returned it for another product only to find out that the item was on easy pay and I would only receive one payment as credit. I have also hurt my mother on many occasions returning an item because she was notified of the return.

The "Q" needs to take this into account and fix this problem!!!!!!!!
