Before going into how great something tastes, we would really appreicate knowing where fish is sourced from (not just "it's farmed or wild"). THAT MATTERS. The same with meat, if it's grass fed (where it's sourced from) NO VAGUE ANSWERS kindly. Same as when I go to a fish store to purchase fish, they let me know without a song and dance. It would be greatly appreciated my most of us, if you just look at all the questions that are never answered.

.I just don't consume either. As for produce, I do my best to buy locally grown...not alway possible because so much is imported from Mexico.

I don't buy food from Q but another thing I want to know is if beef, pork and chicken comes from a factory farm (CAFO). I prefer to buy from sources that don't abuse their animals.

I thought they usually told you where the fish is sourced - e.g. "Faroe Islands" salmon. They use it as a selling point and to justify its higher price..

I buy the salmon. They have stated clearly where it is sourced and not only that...have shown videos. Yes, Faroe Islands
I also purchased the Sea Bass for years and they also stated exactly where it came from. Straits of Baramundi

I don't think you can make hard and fast rules on sourcing. A few years ago my organic-proponent friend told me to never buy produce from Mexico. That is the year of several recalls on produce from the U.S., e coli, salmonella, listeria, etc. I don't remember any from Mexico that year. So I just listen to the news for recalls and buy whatever looks good. She also believes in organic meat, but she balked at a local farmer charging 25.00 for a whole organic chicken. Personally I try to go for wild caught fish, but that isn't a hard and fast rule for me.

I haven't eaten animal products in almost four years. Any kind of meat or fish is unhealthy.
