Hire a real Webmaster.  Bring the old BB back until the new website is completely built in an organized, understandable way, then test it for a month before unleashing it upon us.  This is a disgrace and makes the Q look like a grade school project.

A request.  I started a thread called "That Schmoo, he is one tough kitty fighter" in the Pet Lovers forum. You saved the original post in it (thank you!) and many of its posts, but it has been relocated to "Community Chat."

I'm asking that it be relocated to its original subforum, Pet Lovers.

How do I find my recent replies easily? Clicking on my nickname only pulls up posts that I've started which I don't do very often. I want a link to see my recent posts which are mostly replies to other posts when I click on my nickname.

The formatting is off using Windows 7 and IE 11. This should have been easily found and corrected with proper Q&A.

Where is the handbag category? I think it should be a stand alone category as it was before. Please do not lump shoes with accessories either. Shoes should be a stand alone category.

I have a couple of questions, FYI I'm on a mini iPad

1. I cannot quote a reply. Many posters have told me where to find this "button" and it's just not appearing on my iPad. Either I'm completely stupid or it's just not there.

2. Can't figure out how to bold, italics, etc

3. My settings are configured to jump to the first unread post in a thread. When I open a previously read thread to see the new responses, I always get redirected to the beginning!

If possible, I am requesting that you change the color of the font on the forum, and darken it. It is too light, and it is straining my eyes, and it is making it difficult to read here.

I don't think qvc needs to label posters as super, medium or occasional.   This format sort of reminds me of the community that the ADA American Diabetes Association has which isn't exactly the greatest.    I think people should be able to see their activity a lot of posters make good points without starting new threads all the time. And right now it only shows your activity if you've started a new thread.

THERE IS AN OLD SAYING IF IT AINT BROKE THEN DON'T TRY TO FIX IT.  THIS NEW COMMUNITY IS TOTALLY AWFUL . EVERYONE WAS HAPPY WITH THE OLD ONE WHY DID YOU HAVE TO CHANGE IT.  I HOPE IF Y OU GET ENOUGH COMPLAINTS YOU WILL GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS.  THE OTHER SHOPPING CHANNELS FORUMS ARE HORRIBLE THAT IS WHY EVERYONE USES THE Q NOW YOU HAVE MADE IT HORRIBLE JUST LIKE THE OTHER CHANNELS.    GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL WAY

Do yourself and all of us a favor.  Trash this website, bring the old one back, and hire people who know what they are doing.  We'll be glad to put up with the inappropriate deleting of posts and threads.  That was really all that was wrong!!

Did it cost you much to have this monstrosity created?  If so, you need to sue somebody.
