Qvc team do you really plan on answering any of these questions? Is this board being run by someone in the US or is it outsourced to overseas? If qvc's message with these new boards isn't that it doesn't like the forums then what is it?

What a mess!!!  There was nothing wrong with the old forum.  You've turned something simple into a complicated mess.  You should know the problems.  You changed the forum.

I can't find the quote button either. Also on a mini iPad. I don't know what half these dang tags, hearts, etc mean. It used to be fun. Now I'm not sure who I'm replying to.

And I can't believe how hard I had to look to find a place to actually ask questions.  This topic should have been front & center, at the very top of the forums.  Instead, it's buried where lots of people most certainly will not see it.

I have two questions:

1)  As sidsmom asked, how do I change my email address?

2)  What happened to "My Activity"?  Does that no longer exist?

     I use IE.  I don't care what I do, this box that I am typing in moves, jumps and bounces while I am typing.  There are lines above here that look like venetian blinds.  Just a bunch of lines, no instructions, no edit, no nothing.  When I am not trying to post, the community menu and my name move all over the screen:  middle, right left.  I have tried the settings that the other posters use and nothing happens.  What am I suppose to do?

I am not a techie and not planning on it.  All I wanted to do was chat with my friends and can't make heads or tails of anything.  I put pictures in some section so that I could use it as my avatar and I am still waiting for approval of a picture of a cat.  Nothing is working as it should and I am now getting seasick from the bouncing while I type.  Please fix this mess.

Please Post soup-to-nuts instructions on "Posting 101"

Everything I had figured out before is now obsolete!  Are we supposed to be using Rich Text?  If so, what is all of the funky striped area for???  Under HTML it is much simpler, but there are no options and your post comes out really tiny!  How are we supposed to set our preferences when there is no example of what the various layouts look like???  We are asked to choose what set of emoticons we want, but we can't preview them to see what they look like!

Half the time we can't follow the "breadcrumbs" back because the "SHOP BY CATEGORY" drop-down comes down in the way and won't go away!
