Q management please check your quality control people. Got D& Co jeans with a strong chemical smell I washed them with no results. They are coming back to you. I also just received a pair of expensive Clarks that had ragged leather edges on the toes of both shoes. They're coming back as well. No I don't have to,pay for returning because of defective merchandise but that's not my point. Rather, why do the people let merchandise go out like this? Maybe you all should hire people to check the checkers. It's enough already! I also received a blouse, took it out of the bag to wear it to work And two of the buttons immediately fell to the floor! Seriously?

I got a shirt last year that smelled heavily of body odor as if someone never bathed and wore it all day! Plus I've received used makeup from both Mally and possible used makeup from Laura Geller, it was not boxed so I can't be sure on the latter, but Mally's was used twisted up to look full and placed back in a box looking new! They shouldn't put these items back out for the next person, or dry clean clothes first.

I have worked in QC and they do not look at every item that comes in. There is a "standard" for the number of eaches in each shipment. You examine several of the products for various things. Where I worked the standard was set by marketing. Then a specfic number is taken to a lab and several tests are done. Once again set by marketing. I am guessing color has to match a standard. There is probably laundry done in various temps, maybe ironing, etc. There is not time to sample every thing in a shipment.
