QVC your website needs help

I will not go into what happened to me on your website but you really need to put some money into your site.  Too many unusual problems pop up that should not happen.  Luckily, your CS depts. really helped me out otherwise I would have been very unhappy.  This is a suggestion that needs to be taken seriously.  Thank you.  Cat Very Happy

@Katcat1   They need to know what happened before they can recommend changes or improvements.

Kachina624, QVC is aware of the problem and corrected it. I chose not to disclose the problem publicly. I am concerned that it won't happen again.
