for products that were aired much earlier in the day?
There seems to be a real inconsistency in how and when videos are posted after a product's airing.
During CIJ and again today, I missed some shows, and wanted to go back and watch the videos of the products. Many aren't up even 12 plus hours later. And not just a few, but many.
Please work on getting these videos posted sooner. I have seen them come up at other times, in a matter of 30 minutes or an hour, so what is the hold up at other times?

Videos are gone from all products. Even products that have had videos for months, don't show them now. I wonder where QVC hires it IT department staff from? They sure seem to be lacking in their ability to run a web site!

I hope that is a glitch and not a permanent change. I have enjoyed having the videos right there on all the products....it is so helpful!

I was getting some video this morning, on products that had posted in the past, but as of now, I can't seem to find any product that has a video.
Hope it is just a glitch, and you'd think they'd come to the forums and confirm that, even if they don't know how long it will take to fix it.
One of the reasons I shop here over places like Amazon is the videos. You get to see the product up close and in action before buying.
Surely this will be temporary.

please note that there are numerous complaints about videos not even showing up on the product pages.
currently i am using a laptop with IE and firefox browsers. i cannot get videos to even show up. others seem to be having problems also.

I can see the videos for most of the items in my Wish List, but can't see the video link for the same item if I do a search on the web site. I looked at items on the site (no video link), then added the item to my WL, and suddenly the video link was available.

I couldn't see the videos either since yesterday and fixed it this evening by deleting my qvc cookies and then restarting the browser and qvc webpage

Just logged on with the same question. No videos for any products that I looked up. The videos are the only way I will purchase something even if I see it live.

I'm having the EXACT SAME ISSUE. It's not that the videos won't play. THEY ARE MISSING.
My computer details:
- MacBook Pro
- Updated to OS X 10.10.5
- Just updated Safari (NOTE: also will not work on Firefox)
- Just updated Adobe Flash
I also:
- Reset my PRAM
- Cleared my cache, cookies, and browsing history
STILL THEY ARE MISSING. However, they show-up on my work computer with is a PC running IE 11.
How does a person get in touch with QVC technical so they can address???
