QVC should ship items that we have waitlisted FREE. We are waiting for them to be used and returned....

QVC should ship items that we have waitlisted FREE. They have been shipped to other customers and we are waiting for them to reject them, often wearing or using them, repackaging them and then Q ships them to US. If not free shipping, the price should be considerably reduced for RE ISSUED (used) ITEMS.
