QVC shipping takes forever!

For the enourmous amount you pay for shipping, it's been over two weeks since I ordered that Dennis Basso hot pick and I still don't have it! Insane. I get that I live in CA and it's coming from back east, but 2 weeks? Really? I've ordered from Walmart, JCP and Target and received those all within a week! FOR FREE! Come on now. It's getting annoying!
