I have Windows 10 and am not having issues.

 

The point is that providing SPECIFIC information helps IT; genericm general information does not.

With all due respect, there are many threads in 'Customer Care' re: the videos not working, where all of that info you mentioned has been provided.

 

I think the general feeling is that it should have been fixed by now, after a week.

 

I use IE and Chrome on my laptop and none of the videos will play more than 9 seconds on IE, Chrome won't play the videos at all.

 

Clearing the cache (I use CCleaner) doesn't help either. This all happened last week, when QVC changed their format of the item pages, so I have to wonder if it could be related.

 

I don't watch QVC on TV, so with no videos, I personally will not buy. Lucky for you that you're one of those not having a problem, LOL!

I'm using Windows 8.1 on my laptop, so it isn't a WIndows 10 issue. WIth Chrome I get no video at all.

To Everyone:   I have been playing for the past half hour.   I am so confused, but I have discovered that with Google Chrome, everything works.   I was using windows edge.  I am not sure why, but I will just use Google Chrome.

 

@KingstonsMom  yet you get nothing with chrome?   This situation is getting stranger by the minute.

I have a MAC and no problems. . neither on my ipad

@Sunnycorle  I Kept getting a warning with my app and could not even get on the site.  I had to delete it.  I just type it in now.  What a mess.  

 

I still think that we should not have to keep changing browsers and cleaning cache's, and on and on.  THere has to be a reason that this is onlyhappening with QVC,s site

 

@KYToby  If you any other information that I should provide , please let me know.   I appreciate you trying to help and anyone else that has tried to help us!   My page don't jump if I take my hand off of my mouse.

@Snoopp  I have called CS as well.  The problem is they are not technicians, and I am sure they are passing along the information, but the technical people are the ones that need to work on this issue.

EVERYONE:   Try to go to Google Chrome. Don't just go to google.com.  That did not work for me.   Hope it works for you!

 

I can finally see the earrings, I should not buy---- but, I think I will anyway.  LOL

OMG @BalletBabe, I have Google chrome and they still don't work...not even 9 seconds worth. This is just crazy!!!   Spikey's mom      P.S.  Happy for you !!!
