QVC's Dreaded Returns Letter

Dear QVC,

Prior to sending out the "returns" letter which puts an account holder on notice that they may be terminated, could you please take a bit more time to evaluate the customers' history and the reason for returns?

Your return policy clearly states that merchandise can be returned within 30 days for any reason.

We understand that there are bad apples that tend spoil the bunch, but there are also many, many good customers that only return items because they are incorrect, defective or damaged who should not be punished in this manner.
