QVC extend the free shipping since the search function

This is unacceptable.

 

Trying to shop but can't get searches through?

 

Extend the free shipping or learn to prevent these website issues!

Everything I ordeered had a shipping cost listed, but when I got my confirmation email, S/H was removed.  Saved $16.50 yesterday.  They didn't plan it well.

A lot of gliching going on lately. Also where are the one day onlys and top finds? Can't find them. Quit changing the main screen.

Very convenient they had web site issues when they had free shipping, one of the big money makers for QVC.
