QVC - Watch Live - what happened?

I've been watching on my computer QVC "Live" for years and over the past 2 weeks it's gone from good to horrible viewing. I'm specifically talking about the technical aspect of it. The video is always blurry - it sharpens for about 2 mins out of a 60 minute period. You can hardly see what the price & details are. The audio cuts in & out. I have to keep refreshing in order to keep the feed going. What happened? It's not my computer, nor the browsers I use because I've tried viewing on different browsers and I get the same result on all.

Please, PLEASE go back to the video feed format that you were using in January 2013 (and before). This new feed is ridiculous... {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

Below is a screenshot of what's currently on-air. I did NOT alter it in any way. See how blurry everything is. Why?
