I agree with a lot of what the op posted and don't find it to be "nonsense". I don't buy food at QVC because the prices are crazy and I can find comparable items at better prices locally. My main problem with QVC is the customer service and the shipping issues. Those are my reasons for shopping less. Most of us have complaints and sharing them respectfully is what the forum is for.

I wish people were tolerant of differing opinions, but today in this age of inclusion, it has come to mean including everybody who thinks like you. Which is a shame. The more we "include" the farther apart we are it seems.

In light of all this, some have in great degree lost the art of stating an opposing opinion in a civil manner. Often posters here have absolutely no respect for others who think differently--and love to flaunt their own opinions in crass and rude ways. Which says more about them than their targets.

While I obviously do not agree with all the opinions expressed here, I wholeheartedly respect the rights of those who choose to express them; respectfully.😘

Having said that; I have little interest in the manner in which customers financially indulge themselves.😊

Not that it makes any difference but I think the op meant that she has lost interest in QVC over the past 4-5 years. When I first read her post I thought she said that she has shopped for just a few years and I wondered why she knew so much about the QVC of the past few decades.

Like many of you I've been shopping QVC since the early 90's and I have noticed such a difference in the quality of the items.

I still have many of those items that were purchased from the early vendors and a few items that I purchased during the 50/50 Tour. Those items were so well made and have held up for over 20+ years.

Of course that is true on almost all items whether purchased from QVC or any other online or B&M store.
