Someone in charge of the Returns Dept needs to get a heads up here ..... their returns processing people need to be re-trained!
I just got confirmation emails for a return package ..... I ALWAYS pay my own return postage .... and this is the THIRD TIME I was charged the $6.95 return label that I didn't use!
I can't help but wonder if some of the returns people just automatically deduct the $6.95 to see if they can get away with it.
HOW does this happen so frequently? Anyone else experience this ... repeatedly?

I usually don't return much from QVC, but I understand your frustrations.
When you pay for return postage yourself, and are then billed by the Q, I'd be fuming.......hope you get a speedy refund.

They have been doing this ever since they included these labels. Sometimes I call first and they make a note on my account.

If I had these issues or as many other mulitiple complaints that I see here, I'd shop elsewhere.

@Tinkrbl44 This has been an ongoing issue for YEARS at QVC. Imagine how many customers do not check to see if they were charged....income$$$$$$ for QVC. If it was going to be fixed it would have been fixed by now.
I would not call it a mistake AT ALL.

@SeaMaiden, @Tinkrbl44, I rarely shop at the Q anymore, but if this particular problem persists over an extended period of time and is widespread amongst customers, it's a lawyer's dream. This is the stuff class action lawsuits are made of . . .

I understand the frustration, bu i do not believe that there is a nefarious plot to overcharge customers here. I think the vast majority of people simply use the prepaid labels for convenience, so many time s(particularly when one is in a hurry0, errors are made with the packages that are paid for by the customer.
While I thik it is an honest mistake, I agree that some additional training may be necessary.

The returns department also needs to read the return slip and your reason for the return. If I think an item is defective I always call and have it noted on my account. The returns department cannot be trusted to look closely at the return slip.
