Bank of America does the same thing with their online credit card payments...the payment amount defaults to the minimum amount due...I have to manually change it to pay the entire amount.

The purpose it serves for me is that I get three easy pays at least on anything I purchase, whether or not the item is on easy pay.

I have a Care Credit account through Synchrony and they have by far the absolute worst website.  Half the time the stupid thing doesn't even work at all.  But it's not Synchrony Bank's website, it's actually CareCredit where I go to pay the bill.

 

I'm pretty sure Evine's CC is with Synchrony and I have no issue at all.  I go to Evine's website and there is a link to pay my account on their homepage.

 

Try going through Q's homepage instead of the Synchrony website.  Maybe that is the problem?
