I've been trying to view QVC LIVE as well as videos in order to make purchases and for the past several days neither feature has been working correctly. It seems someone implemented another "improvement," only to have it backfire. The old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it," seems to apply. Soooooo very frustrating. Please go back to the old system that WORKS!!! Thank you!!!
