QVC.Com crashing my computer. Seriously.

Whenever I try to view a video presentation on this site, my computer crashes. It isn't the browser, because I can view any other website video with my browsers. It ONLY happens on QVC.com.

Could someone please look into this, and find out why this is happening. I have a Mac, and each time I have had to send details of the crash to Apple. Since it doesn't occur on any other websites, the problem must lie with the Q. Am hoping that someone takes the time to check this out. Thanks. (needless to say, am not even going near a video presentation any more)

Also, every single time I try to log out, I get an 'Oops' page, which doesn't seem to let me log out, so am forced to close the page, and start again. What's up with this? This site is a complete disaster.
