QVC AUDIO VOLUME LOW

I've noticed that the QVC audio volume is very low (even on the highest setting) on my laptop. Wondering if anyone else has this problem. The volume is significantly higher on HSN (even at the middle setting), and the HSN highest setting is very high.......I can hear everything across the room, which comes in very handy when I am cooking, doing housework, etc. etc. Has anyone else noticed this?

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
