I bought my mother a beautiful necklace from the Q for christmas. And when it arrived it was just beautiful. But it was presented in a draw string bag in a small box. That is not how I intend to present this beautiful necklace to my mother.

I sent an e mail to customer service asking to PURCHASE a nicer necklace box for the item that I had purchased. I got some type of either form letter, or a letter written by someone who struggles with english. "Sorry, I cannot find the item you are making reference to".

WHAT, I was actually confused. The Q does not know what a gift box is, or they wont sell me one for a gold necklace I bought from them. I had to buy one online, and I have no way of knowing what the quality will be.

Q really dropped the ball on this one.
