Callie and the vendor are selling a keychain with a flashlight. All the displays are on and the light is pointed at the camera. In our eyes. When I buy a flashlight, I don't point it at my eyes. I point it at an object in front of me or several feet away. Why aren't they pointing the flashlight into their own eyes. Please don't demonstrate flashlights this way. It makes no sense.

Why don't the hosts and vendors shine the flashlight into their own eyes. Because it's not how you determine if it is as good flashlight. And it would hurt their eyes. HSN has a community board? I don't see it on their website. But I know that qvc and hsn merged and I've seen lots of posts on this board regarding hsn.

So I pulled up the video. Not exacting being shown in anyone's eyes. They are a distance from the camera, lite and facing forward. I think it's an affective way of displaying them.
